She will be with you as you work through and understand your feelings and emotions so that you are free to make the choices you need or wish to make with a deeper understanding. Counseling is a powerful tool for you to access.

Our Yoga
Our yoga coach, Mrs. Bindumol AS, provides a modern approach to an ancient practice, explaining yoga and mindfulness with modern science. If it’s not about how fit and flexible you are, it’s about learning to understand, heal, and maintain one's physical and psychological selves.
Mrs. Bindumol has more than 10 years of experience in the field of yoga instruction. We are proud to introduce her as a well-known Kung Fu practitioner who holds the 2nd Dan black belt with hundreds of disciples under her 3nos of Shaolin Kung-Fu Dojos. “Yoga does not quarrel with science; it supplements science." Our practitioner has taken knowledge and teachings from various types of yoga and modern science and is continuously shaping a new practice. We give considerable attention to maintaining relaxation and correct breath amid the effort required to do the poses, which allows a person to naturally progress into the correct pose at their own pace with patience and guidance from the teacher.
Here we concentrate on the releasing of stress and increasing strength and flexibility through a mindful and scientific approach. We guide people in finding their own self-restoration and self-preserving practices. Our yoga class includes students ranging from the late teens to senior citizens..
